Nice to see Salvy slam two HRs tonight. His batted ball metrics and exit velocities suggest he should be getting MUCH better results. #Royals up 6-1 vs. #Rangers in the 7th. Breaking the losing streak would be great, getting Slavy going would be even better.

In 54 games, the Royals have scored 179 and allowed 177, a total of 356 runs, or 6.59 runs per game. No team has seen fewer than 6.8 runs scored per game since 1972. The lowest R/G for any team that played with a DH? The 1976 Angels, at 7.29. The 2025 Royals are truly historic.
