Their call center was having such a big party in the background that I couldn’t hear a thing. When I asked them if they could move to a quieter area, they just hung up. #Vodacom #TerribleServuce

After the lady from collections was rude to me because a debit order had failed, I was finally put through to the insurance department.

What a terrible customer experience at @Vodacom @Vodacom111. Tried to cancel insurance that I never asked for and cancelled in 2022 and earlier this year in a branch that was still being charged every month.

@FinMeUp 8. FirstRand and Hwange. FirstRand was the only stock I recognised in Die Burger’s long list because my uncle worked there and Hwange because ‘SA will always need coal’.

@Adobe just came off a call with your customer support team and I can with all honesty say it was my first positive experience with customer support from any company, EVER. Thank you!
