@Xero ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING service from Xero! I’m having MFA problems! It’s not appearing on any of my devices to get in to my account! I have tried to contact them all ways and all I get is stupid AI responses! I’ll be leaving them for a better company!

@skytv I deleted my first post by accident! Your customer service was the WORST form of so called customer service I have received in my ENTIRE LIFE! I expected so much better from Sky! I am thinking of changing my supplier after this DISGUSTING experience of customer service!

@skytv I’ll go further to say! This is the WORST form of so called customer service I have EVER had the misfortune to endure! EVERY customer service advisor were absolutely CLUELESS and couldn’t GRASP what I was attempting to get through to them! I expected better from Sky!

@BootsUK There isn’t a DM section on your page. I’m sorry to have written this but I’m in an industry where without customer service, my business would fall! Honestly! There was only about 14 YOUNG members of staff were standing in huddles talking like zombies! No interest in the customer
