@GreggsOfficial FUMING!! Waited all week for cheat day to demolish a katsu chicken bake because they are AMAZING. The lady repeated my order, I said katsu so clearly, twice. She hands me the bag and says "Katsu bake". I get to the car and it's a normal chicken bake! 😭😭😭
