An interesting observation about business: The harder you try to increase revenue, the less you earn. Turns out this is a real thing: The Law of Reversed Effort When you have fun online, and spend time helping people achieve their goals, revenue seems to go up. Who knew?
A few of my clients' simple 6-figure marketing strategies: Social media content ↓ Newsletter ↓ Landing Page ↓ Product ↓ Ask Spend years building credibility & this formula works quite well. The 'years' part is what's difficult. But with the right team (me) it's achievable.
There's a ton of focus on monetization. Making money is great – but the best solopreneurs realize that money is an outcome of the right audience and improved distribution. Focus on that. The money will likely follow.

We aren't rewarded for hard work anymore. We're rewarded for creating something of value. So don't work unnecessarily hard on something you haven't validated people want. Instead, run small experiments over & over again until you have a few strong outcomes. Then double down.

Audience Building 101: 1. Pick a topic you're obsessed with. 2. Research it deeply each day. 3. Create content that helps others: - Interesting observations - Common misconceptions - Step-by-step breakdowns - What will change in 5 years An audience will naturally gather.
Don't sell a product/service Sell the solution to a problem Perception is your ally You just need to learn how to use it to your advantage
How I got my first copywriting client: • I emailed 100 people I knew that would want this • laid out the vision and what I knew and could provide • And I did what was asked That’s it. No logo, no website, no social media presence. Don’t overcomplicate it. Take action.

Copy writing is understanding human psychology. If you want to be an average copywriter just focus on writing. But if you want to be world-class copy writer, focus on psychology.
There's a huge reason why productized services are still shattering the market. Hiring flat out SUCKS. It's such an awful process. Being able to instantly subscribe to someone, get work delivered in 48 hours, and drop/pause them whenever you need to is a no brainer.
Something I learned the hard way: When you have a working product, it's hard to spend money to promote it in an efficient way. I used to think the more $$ you spend the more profit you would get. Definitely doesn’t work that way.
