Michael A. Fési asked the question I can't shake: why can't state funds do what banks do? His answer starts with how a Starbucks card works. Full episode below. 👉 Follow @TonyDrummond and @Tokenomicsnet.

Aerodrome paid its lockers $580MM in three years. Here's all you need to know about $AERO's tokenomics to understand the full picture. 🧵 On 21 October @aeroxyz merged Aerodrome and Velodrome into one exchange across seven chains. The weekly rebase that shielded lockers from dilution?  Gone.  Here's how the new system works and what matters for $AERO holders. 👇

Michael A. Fési made more progress in a brutal market than most founders I watched in the bull run. No pile of VC money. Just a plan to change how states hand out incentives. – How he'd keep incentive money local and traceable while it stays in the system. – What McKinney, Texas did with a half-cent sales tax. – Why a Starbucks card is part of the design. – Why he's not even on X. If you've ever asked where your tax money went, you'll want this one. The full episode is in the comments. 👉 Follow Michael A. Fési II on LinkedIn, then @TonyDrummond and @Tokenomicsnet.

Where does a state's incentive money go once it's paid out? Michael A. Fési II, Founder of StatePay, joins @TonyDrummond on Episode 01 of Tokens Everywhere. Premieres tomorrow: 7AM UTC on YouTube.

Some gold token teams I see have never sold gold. A major bullion distributor kept under 2 cents gross per dollar of sales in fiscal 2026. In certain cases, the gold isn't the point. 👉 Follow @TonyDrummond for Daily Web3 Insights x.com/i/article/2112…

🚨 RWA Weekly Brief: where is the money headed? Every Monday we follow the real money in tokenized assets. Here's what last week showed at a glance 👇 x.com/i/article/2112…

Before tokens, VCs had to back businesses with real customers. Now there is a hack builders and VC's in web3 figured out, which i cover in the article below: x.com/i/article/2111…

"Your house is like a data center!" Here's my AI setup... At this point I have 6,000 or so hours into AI and 30+ years programming. The computers: – Linux Workstation 1 with 64 GB DDR5 – Linux Workstation 2 with 64 GB DDR5 – MacBook Pro with 48 GB Unified Memory – Windows daily driver w/32 GB DDR5 Two RTX 4070s and an RTX 5080. I use tmux with about ten open terminals active at any given point. I run three Claude Code Pro Max accounts, cycling thru them via cswap. I built a custom script that also integrates tmux-continuum in case my computer crashes. claude-mem plugin is also a lifesaver. How do you AI? 👉 Share your rigs - beast or not.

$LINK tokenomics explained in 5 minutes 🧵 @chainlink is the oracle network that feeds outside data to smart contracts. It uses fees from apps and enterprises to buy $LINK into a Reserve. About 23% of the supply still sits in team wallets, and it's coming out at 70MM a year. Here's how the system works and what matters for $LINK holders. 👇

Biggest missing piece we see for those tokenizing? This affects everything, especially trust... In this video, I cover: – What most teams skip – What "great" preparation looks like – What comes back to bite many later Why skipping these pieces creates a pathway to "zero". It's going to be tough to move forward if the basics aren't in place. 👉 Follow @TonyDrummond for daily web3 content.

🚨 Introducing the RWA Weekly Brief. All you need to know about real-world asset tokenization, in one weekly read. Gold, treasuries, stocks or credit, which RWA sector are you most bullish on? 👉 Follow @TonyDrummond so you never miss an update. x.com/i/article/2109…

Behind the scenes peek into something new! The problem I saw in the space? Lots of talks of "tokenization", but a lot of these deals don't make sense. Before you tokenize, make sure it's worth it on the business side. Here, I'm showing a tool that'll help executives get a high-level overview in just a few clicks. No more messy spreadsheets to fill out! 👉 Follow @TonyDrummond as it releases shortly.

Tokenization? Useless if more money isn't made. The number one thing most miss? Doing the due diligence and ensuring it drives revenue. Here, I cover: – What most skip when tokenizing – It's not about the asset, but the profit – Why costs are critical to document and manage Because if you're going to spend months tokenizing something, shouldn't you make sure it's worth it? I'm building an interactive calculator that'll help you get a high-level view. 👉 Follow @TonyDrummond so you don't miss it.

🚨 Announcement: Free Tokenization/Tokenomics Audits, forever. Many firms charge $3K-$5K, but how can we do it free? I explain... For months, we've perfected a way to audit tokenomics and create this exact report. Internally, we have 8,000+ hours of AI experience and can do this audit for $0 out of pocket. Literally, we've refined the process to the point of efficiency where it makes sense to give it away. We can also look at live tokens and advise on how to help revitalize. So, if you've got a legitimate project you're building you can: – Book a call with me – We'll gather everything – Quickly see where to improve Questions most don't consider: – How much are you going to pair with the token for the liquidity pool? That will either enable proper trading or a volatile mess. – What if you go with a loan option for your market making? Prepare to be destroyed in selling pressure. – Should the token even EXIST? Another one we'll tell you honestly. 👉 Building something real? Grab a call and let's chat. ♻️ Share @TonyDrummond with a friend if you think we can help them.

Number one thing to look for when looking at allocations? How the "pizza" is divided tells you everything. Say you split half the pizza with investors and half with public, that could be a nice balance. However, say you go 20% investors and 2% public, that's a 10:1 differential and will be an imbalance, IMO. In other words, the investors eat all of the pizza while the supporters (community) get the remainder scraps. Balance and mutual value creation is key. 👉 Follow @TonyDrummond for daily web3 content.

Bought a VC token and watched it bleed? Before you buy, put the FDV next to the revenue. A $500MM FDV with no customers only makes sense as the price insiders sell at. Launch at $50MM and it can 10x. Launch at $500MM and it has to double to hit $1B. x.com/i/article/2107…

Banks aren't losing to stablecoins. They're building a different instrument. I break down the full comparison in the article below 👇 x.com/i/article/2105…

$HYPE tokenomics explained in 5 minutes. Hyperliquid has spent $1.33B of trading fees buying back its token. Every dollar the protocol keeps goes to $HYPE holders. No VC allocation. No private sale. Here's how the whole machine works:

I put all my tokenomics knowledge into a FREE course. It's the same process behind 100+ client engagements, and $100MM+ raised. Clients pay us to build these documents. Now you can build your own for $0. In the course, I take a hypothetical project, Stockpile, and build it from idea to an investor ready whitepaper. Your part?  Fill in the templates and build yours right alongside me. At the end of the course, you walk away with the full Data Room: – Project charter: scope, assumptions, what success looks like. – Market research report: who's already building what you're building. – Mechanism design document: business model, operations, compliance, economics, all specs figured out. – Supply side tokenomics spreadsheet, plus the audit report on it. – Revenue model with sensitivity toggles (and an explainer so you're not lost in the spreadsheet) – Monte Carlo simulations to see where the economy breaks. – Whitepaper that ties it all together for investors and users. It took me 20 hours to film six hours of content. 67 videos, templates for your own project, and markdown files you can hand straight to your AI. Finish it and you get a certificate with your name on it 🎓 Link in the comments 👇 ♻️ Repost to support. 👉 Share it with friends building in web3. 🔔 Follow @TonyDrummond, more free resources are coming.
