Tony Chan @TonyChanBuilds

My lower back has been hurting for over a year, and some nights the pain keeps me awake longer than I'd like to admit. I've been doing the McGill Big 3 every day, and I even had @claudeai build me a timer so I don't lose count between exercises. It's slowly working, so I'm staying patient, but I never expected back pain to affect my everyday life this much.

@Parentrail @grok @bot Glad it helped you. It saved me so much time and headaches.

My weekends as a single dad used to start with the same thought: 'Where am I taking the kids to this time… and how much is it going to cost?' Now @grok Grokbot finds us things to do every Friday. This week it found 4 free Halloween festivals and put them on my calendar. That stress is gone.

I've been getting so many spams and texts about the upcoming election. Going to try this.

I've been watching @sircalebhammer's financial audits, and I honestly don't know how some of these people get by. I'm a single dad with two young kids, I haven't had a job since April, and every bill is still paid on time. I started saving for a rough stretch long before I knew one was coming, and that's the only reason this year hasn't broken me.

Looking forward to it in 3 years.

@codyschneider Going to try this. Thanks. Is the cost lower since you included their info in meta ads?

@coldemailchris $4M in pipeline from cold emails!

@PiusSprenger At startups, I tell them if we have the resouces and time to cold call, do it asap.

@camiinthisthang Congrats on the side hustle! What results do you tell client when offering this service?

@AlexFinn What was the microbusiness?

@NickAbraham12 Cold calling is S tier if you have the resources. Time consuming but worth it.

Real life, baby

@Tesla I did not think we would get flying cars in my lifetime. This is insane. 🤯

Underrated use of AI: my car rides. Before a networking event, I practiced my elevator pitch out loud with @grok and @claudeai the whole drive there. Walked in and crushed it. Dead time is now practice time.

@frankzaga24 Grokbot stops me every time I look into new software lol.

@ProfStanciu What do you think about the McGill Big 3?

@GergelyOrosz There was no personalization in the email?

@MichLieben On top of that, it can reference any material you give it, so it's easier to do.

@StackDhruv I have never thought about using a handwritten note. Interesting idea.
