Your attention is expensive; stop giving it away for free.
如果不把做自媒体当做一场战役的话，根本就做不出成果。 很多人看到网上那么多网红靠自媒体赚钱，很羡慕，但自己要么不知道怎么做，要么就想怎么做就怎么做、想说什么就说什么。这种做法成功的概率非常低。 我觉得应该把它当成一场战役——一场和自媒体平台、和观众三者之间的战争。需要： 制定计划 根据计划进行作战 根据作战结果持续调整 只有这样，才有打胜这场仗的可能性；否则几乎只能靠天意。 为什么必须用“战役/战争”来比喻 如果说“自媒体应该怎么做”，缺乏力量感。很多人潜意识里觉得这件事可做可不做。 原因在于：自媒体是虚拟的。它靠图像和声音构成内容，摸不着、看不见实体，失败了也不会真的“死人”。一旦被归类为“虚拟的”，人们就会觉得它不重要、可有可无。这种认知会直接影响行为——不够重视、没有危机意识、没有危险意识。 真实的战争之所以充满错综复杂的计划和战术，是因为代价是生命，稍有不慎可能全军覆没。失败的代价巨大，所以必须认真对待。 自媒体虽然不是拿生命在赌，但它消耗的是不可逆的时间、注意力和机会窗口。用“战役”这个比喻，是为了对抗“虚拟感带来的轻视”，把真实的代价感重新拉回来，让人意识到：这件事不是想发就发的游戏，而是一场有限资源下的长期作战。没有危机意识，就很难做出需要计划和调整的事。 为什么必须战役化 如果只是随意做、凭感觉做，搞个三个月或半年没有效果，绝大多数人就不会再坚持了，这也就意味着失败。 自媒体不是“想说什么就说什么”的表达欲满足，而是一场需要策略、执行和迭代的长期作战。 数据作为胜负标准 应该把数据当作这场战役的成果，或者说用来评估战争胜负的标准，并提前设定阶段性目标。 例如： 第一阶段：粉丝达到多少？ 单条内容：点赞/播放达到多少，才意味着这场小战役胜利？ 如果数据明显不达标，就判定为失败，并据此调整策略（内容方向、形式、发布时间、互动方式等）。 只有建立这种“数据 → 判断 → 调整”的闭环，成功才有现实的可能性。
刚才自己尝试着给自己理发，比想象中的要难。尤其是推后面，尽管买了三面镜，但是依然没法完整地看到后面。并且手拿着推子很难掌握。目前就把四周一圈头发推光了，还行，没有造成大的失误。
为什么各个行业都能来掏空我的口袋，从菜市场买菜的到苹果手机英伟达显卡。 我为什么不能掏空别人的口袋。 我要作为生产者。
自媒体账号运营就是一场战役，把大战役拆分成小战役，能不能打赢的一个前提条件之一就是，是否决定打这场战役。
大学的时候做的行为猛烈拉升，就像高中的时候是个哑巴，大学突然变成了话痨。我开始接单，主要是帮助做园林绿化的土老板做规划效果图，就是用 Photoshop 把搜集来的花花草草拼在一起，这些收入让我可以不在学校食堂吃饭，去外面下馆子吃。 后面开始做淘宝店，这些经历给我大学毕业后的创业打下了基础。
想 是一种罪过 做 是积累功德 从初中到大学到工作到创业 我想的比例越来越少，当然性幻想除外。 初中的时候实际做的动作参与各种作文竞赛，这是真正跳出自己的行为阵地去参加社会竞争。 高中的时候实际弱化了行动，因为陷入了成绩竞争，但我不认为这是做的行为，感觉这个缺乏合社会化属性。

很多人以为“和 AI 聊天”就像开电视机一样简单，但实际上，它更像是一种高维度的“委托与协作技能”。 “到处问人也不愿/不会问 AI”的现象，主要卡在三个层面： 心智模型的滞后：多数人的潜意识里，获取答案的路径依然是“熟人网络”或传统的“关键字搜索引擎”。他们习惯了输入几个词去人肉筛选网页，或者找个真人确认安全感，还没形成“手边随时坐着一个各领域全能专家”的下意识反应。 提问与拆解能力的匮乏：很多人不是不打开输入框，而是不知道怎么描述自己的问题。日常生活中遇到一个困境，如果本身缺乏系统性思维，扔给 AI 的就是一句模糊、缺乏背景的“怎么办”，得到的也只能是一堆假大空的套话，试了一两次觉得“没用”，便彻底退回原有习惯。 从“搜索引擎”到“思维协作者”的认知差距：不懂的人把 AI 当百度用，查不到标准答案就作罢；真正掌握这项技能的人，把 AI 当成思维放大器——会给背景、立角色、提约束条件，还会通过多轮对话去反问、推演和校准逻辑。 能把一个复杂、模糊的现实问题，精准提炼成对 AI 的有效指令，本质上是一个人的结构化思维、逻辑表达与业务理解能力在起作用。这确实已经变成了一项拉开人与人效率差距的核心技能。
我把X账号的主页截图发到了抖音上，说我开通蓝 V 了，以后我会想什么发什么，坚持 3 个月看看有什么效果。 结果发是发出去了，但是没有任何流量，也没有提示违规，什么都没有。 我就投抖加试了试，就提示我不符合规则。
