Self-horn tootin time: came to a great store mid-October (we plan to be #1), but they just didn’t have the systems in place. Customer Welcome, Quick Connects, Digital Observations all now on-point & we moved the needle from 2500 on ULB to 600 by EOM. Toot toot!

If you are feeling isolated or struggling to cope at times, remember… you are not alone. Many of us have deeply rooted challenges that can be hard to confront or even talk about. On #WorldMentalHealthDay, let’s check in on one another, be vulnerable, & lift each other up. ❤️

Judy came in today for home internet help. Always brings me an entire box of mentos. Not a candy guy but I have eaten 10,000 mentos over the last few years thanks to Judy & I love her for it! Anyone else have customers that love the way we love them? How do they show you?
