Today we celebrate the successful delivery of the #EUFunded, #PEACEIV @TransformPeace4 project which has engaged with 480 young people aged 14-24 over the past 4 years. It has helped them to fulfil their potential, develop skills & confidence & gain OCN qualifications.
Yesterday, we held our final meeting of the Transform Project staff team in @YINI_91. We took the time to reflect over the past 4 years & also prepare for evaluating the impact of the project! Thank you to Joe from @Youth_Pact for facilitating! @SEUPB @YouthLinkNI @Mencap_NI
