@DadInvest 33 y/o and current D/A is ~40%. Mortgage makes up 95% of Debt while House is ~55% of Assets. 30 he Fixed Rate mortgage at 2.5% 😎

@the_ikiru @APompliano But did you have to meet them in person or was that just what you were used to? Also, we’re these personal bankers or business included as well? I believe personal banking could be largely digital while business banking likely requires some in person dealings.

@travisbyrdjr @sweatystartup The issue is sending checks to people who didn’t lose their income. Prove you had a material decrease or complete loss of income rather than sending checks to people who kept (or increased) their income over the last year. Wouldn’t even need to decrease the current income limit.

@travisbyrdjr @sweatystartup Unfortunately there will be political opposition no matter the outcome. Even if there was no additional stimulus. But agree, some people may think they need it and will feel left behind (and angry) if not received. Still seems like a better option than printing $1.9T though.

@travisbyrdjr @sweatystartup Rather than blanket distribution, wouldn’t a prove you need it (similar to PPP) be a better mechanism? The first round of stimulus made sense for blanket distribution given the number of unknowns. One year in, I think we have a pretty good handle on who actually needs stimulus.
