Neutral Bay Village free public carpark has about 11 established trees as shown below. These will go if @Coles spends two years constructing a private underground carpark. Can new trees then be planted on top of the underground carpark? Probably not.

The free public carpark in Neutral Bay Village, Grosvenor Lane, must NOT be turned into a "plaza" if this involves making unmerited development concessions to @Coles. There must be NO privatisation of public land. If it wishes @NthSydCouncil can easily beautify the carpark .../2

4. And what would the public get? A rectangle of concrete with a few park benches called a "plaza" (same as is there now minus the free parking). Possibly similar to the one in Curtin ACT below (Coles is on the left). .../5
