So, here’s my thing. We need a grant body which food/drug companies are required to fund because they make money marketing products based on science claims. Their involvement ends there. The grant body funds researchers to study what the community needs with complete freedom.

I have some honest questions about terminology for isometrics. Of the two types of isometric exercises, I used to refer to them as “push” isometrics and “hold” isometrics. But there are different terms now and I’m confused… (thread) 1/4
