If you’re going to spend your time and money on a good trust and estate plan, don’t ruin it with a transfer on death (TOD), payable on death (POD) or right of survivorship—unless it is specifically part of that plan.

I'm a tax pro, and I PAID other tax pros for tax consulting last year. (Client related, not for me) Tax pros, know your limits, and don't be afraid to pay others for their expertise.
I think one of the most fascinating things to watch is professional men talking about gender inequality. The white collar workplace is fraught with unspoken rules and roles that women have to follow that men are largely ignorant of. And that’s even before we get into issues…
Absurd. The idea that men will look at the upper end of a chess prowess distribution and use that as a basis for prejudging the women in their life is insane. And YOU are prejudging THOUSANDS of men. The irony.
