just because you have an enlightenment button doesn’t mean you should push it. i think there’s tremendous wisdom in “building up” the self before defabricating it. i suspect this looks like developmental & attachment work for most.

When I suffer because I want to suffer, knowing that doesn't remove it. Eg. I'm suffering at work cause I'd prefer doing something better, and tho long-term I want better motivation, this is rn valid and helpful to get me to invest in doing more aligned kind of work.
