Take a step back to take 2 steps forward: 1. Fire Thibs. 2. Trade Jimmy to the Eastern conference. Prioritize youth and/or picks (and short vet contracts). 3. Hire a young, innovative coach. 4. Build around KAT. 5. Draft shooters and long wings. 6. Or sell the team.

Butler is a good but not top 10 player. KAT needs to grow thicker skin. Wiggins is a disappointing player. Thibs is a 90s/00s Coach used to thriving in meyham. (Read about his Knicks days). All can be true. Leadership starts w/ ownership. That’s where change needs to occur.
