@jet2tweets That’s a shame. Thank you for responding so quickly. See you in September!

@jet2tweets we are travelling with you in September with our toddler. Sadly flight times are appalling but it is what it is. Can you confirm if you accept or allow these on your flight, so that my young son may be able to have a some what comfortable sleep?

@vintedUK Despite many attempts to access my account. I am still logged out. I’ve tried the ‘forgotten password’ route and never receive the reset email. I’ve emailed you, this has also been unhelpful! I would appreciate some support accessing my account please.

@Gatwick_Airport I am travelling with my toddler for the first time in a couple of weeks. He requires a pushchair. Do I have to hand over my pushchair upon check in, or can I leave it safely at the gate before we board and it be tagged and loaded on the plane? Same for return?

@Primark need your help! What stores in Kent have these dresses in a size 16? Your website link does not work. I managed to get it in the colour blue at your bluewater store, but I would like it in the other colours. Im heavily pregnant and can’t risk going store to store 🙈

@NandosUK fully appreciate due to covid the need to queue outside and social distance whilst waiting for your food BUT to be made to stand outside for over half an hour because you’re short staffed on a Saturday night is not ok. Pick up time was booked for 6:30 and still waiting!

@ArgosHelpers Yes I do! I went to store and was told there was no stock and I would be issued a credit. I’ve only been credited £35 and not £65 which is was I paid for the item !?

@NewLookHelp so disappointed! Collected my online order of 2 dresses for a wedding next week! Identical dresses just different colours. Both faulty! Broken zip on one dress and label in the wrong place on the second dress, so it pokes out the top front of the dress! Now what!?
