3/4. Accordingly, I will be suspending updates on this account and will resume if work begins on a fifth edition of the text. Company law and corporate governance updates will continue to be provided @UKCompanyLaw
2/4. Whilst I hope to have the opportunity to work on a 5th edition someday, current work and publishing commitments mean that this is likely not feasible in the immediate future.
