Today we concluded a compliance enforcement operation targeting illegal drug outlets in Ntungamo, Kamwenge, Rubirizi, Kisoro, and Mbarara districts. 96 drug outlets were closed, over 185 boxes of assorted medicines worth over UGX 85 million impounded.

Our operation in districts of Soroti, Ngora, Bukedea, Kaberamaido and Moroto has closed 5 pharmacies, led to arrest of 5 individuals for carrying on the business of a pharmacist without a license, more than 200 boxes of medicines worth over UGX 100 million impounded.
