In England and Wales You can Reopen a final appeal CPR 52.30 England & Wales (CPR 52.30): "Allows the Court of Appeal or High Court to reopen a final decision only if there was a fundamental procedural breakdown (fraud, bias, or ignored arguments) causing real injustice. No fixed deadline, but you must act promptly" Scots law has no CPR 52.30. It uses the Nobile Officium (extraordinary equitable relief), an Action of Reduction (voiding flawed decrees), or Rule 38.10 (late appeal relief).

WHY SHOULD MEN PAY TAX? Men pay nearly two-thirds of all UK Income Tax. That money funds the Police, the Family Courts, the CPS and every public service. Yet we're discriminated against by the Police, abused by the Family Courts, disproportionately convicted by the CPS. Same tax. Not the same service.
