Don't post much here these days but have a new place at @UncleElephant.bsky.social tower if you want to find me. This place has developed a rather nasty musky smell - my engineer Cowgill has tried to fix it but to no avail.

Some people have been critical of the BBC's decision to give Michael Gove a series of programmes but I find them hugely enjoyable. youtube.com/watch?v=3dqxZo…

However, Genetic testing has revealed Roman, Anglo Saxon, and even Norman/Viking heredity. I am also obsessed with beakers, and fear I could be related to the bronze-age invaders of this country.

I've been away for a couple of days & have come back to a box of these. Oh, the thrill - it never gets stale; the lovely heft and smell of a new book, all those zillions of hours of staring at words & suddenly they have a physical form, with added gold bits. Did a bit of a dance.

I seem to have upset the @Nigel_Farage fan club - so let me be clear. This man sows hate, lies and division. He is a grifter and a conman. He does not represent the vast majority of Britons. RT if you agree P.s. multiculturalism is great.

Shock your followers with a fact about you: When at university I borrowed a bicycle without the owners permission when I was late for an exam.

Horatio the Vampire 01 - Cider with Kisty - a short film combining fantasy, horror and comedy - I think fans of Neil Gaiman @neilhimself, and Terry Pratchett @PratchettOnline would enjoy this. newgrounds.com/portal/view/91…
