Energy is the real currency of productivity. Manage it like your net worth.
Productivity advice fails because it assumes linear progress. But growth is cyclical and nonlinear.
If your life is optimized but uninspired, You’ve optimized the wrong system. The goal isn’t to be productive. It’s to be undistracted.
Your brain isn’t a hard drive. It’s a garden. Feed it, rest it, prune it.
Forget motivation vs. discipline. Try curiosity. It lasts longer.
Focus is not about discipline. It’s about removing the need to make decisions.
