@cycletherapyHam I ask because when I lived in the downtown area I'd so some late night cycling around Bayfront park and the piers....avoiding the skunks. 🤢

@brclothwrites I do that with spaghetti sauce. I make a batch and fill up about 6 plastic containers and in the freezer they go until needed. 👍 #HamOnt

#HamOnt #HamOntBikeShare I'm a victim of black ice I wiped out and scraped the palm of my right hand and lower leg at the corner of Catherine and Hunter streets. Could have been worse but thankfully the well constructed metal bike took the brunt of the fall.
