Knowing how to 'use' yourself in daily activities from a movement and co-ordinational point of view, would appear to be fairly basic and obvious. But it is the mis-use of our mechanisms that actually causes so many health issues & pain. Alexander Technique gives us that ability.

It’s not the strength of each individual muscle that provides endurance, but the coordinated effort of these individual muscles in activity. This is what the Alexander Technique can help you with. Changing how you "think in activity", you improve both coordination and strength
