That's the same sync error I get on the web SDRs. Messing with the correction in fldigi doesn't fix it, and changing playback speed of recordings doesn't fix it.

.@SWRadiogram Second time through (I/Q recording), it's closer to 95%. Quite remarkable how it keeps going through most of the fades, when it's inaudible and undetectable for a few seconds at a time.

.@SWRadiogram The Olivia 2000-128 was about 80% copy, despite being inaudible most of the time. It showed up on the waterfall, but barely.
