VHS boys rocked Penn Relays. 4x100 team placed 51st @ 43.44, top 10% 4x400 team broke its PR by 4 seconds @ 3:26.89. Both are the fastest Skylands Conference relay teams. Shout out to James Gecek, Erich Nunez, Eli Hanley, Michael Strange & Alex Metz @VOO_Athletics

This just in from the NJSIAA Indoor Track Meet of Champions: Emma Pettegrove ran a FANTASTIC time of 58.30 in the 400 Meters. Not only is it a HUGE PR, but it was good enough to place her 13th in the State. Congratulations Emma!

And Congratulations to our Girls team which placed 3rd in Group 2. Freshman, Daphne Roskowski was the top finisher for the Vikes, finishing 14th. The Girls Team will have to wait and see if they Wildcard into next week's Meet of Champions.
