@UPS_Canada UPS is not sorry. Charging excessive brokerage fees is a business decision. It's quick money for very little effort. Someone should look into this.

@UPS_Canada I'm expecting a shipment for which goverment cost are 18.28$, UPS is charging 38$ on top of that for brokerage fees ?? Why is it a flat fee and not a % of the governemnt fees instead? This is ridiculous.

@tapairportugal Replying that you are sorry does nothing to solve the situation. "Reply" is all you seem to do. No proactive action, no proactive contact. Only "reply" to do damage control and give the impression you are doing your job. You are not fooling anyone @tapairportugal

@tapairportugal @JoAnneElsbury Would you care to explain what you did exactly to assist that customer ?

@SallyCo39652616 It is, really. My wife has lost her baggage three weeks ago and TAP has done nothing to assist. She went several times to the lost & found at the airport during her trip: they were rude & condescendant, lied openly or simply ignored her. Pathetic.

@tapairportugal The reply I received is so disconnected from reality it's laughable. But hey @tapairportugal if that's what you call customer service, then ago ahead, keep dreaming.

@tapairportugal I want an update. Our baggage was lost by @tapairportugal 15 days ago, no one has contacted us for an update. Do something.

@tapairportugal @EricRebelo6 Stop lying to your customers @tapairportugal. If you ad any intention of assisting you would provide proactive feedback & try to estimate delays with actual numbers instead of "more time than usual"
