Sadly, tobacco #HarmReduction is also a huge, disruptive threat to the whole #TobaccoControlComplex. It threatens their jobs because it works, and it bypasses "approved" tactics of stigma, shame, taxes, ad bans, and bans on smoking in public spaces.
