Q4 is here and every big DTC brand is doing cartoon ads PetLabCo is doing 80k+ a month with them. Why they hit so f*cking hard: nobody scrolls when he see a random cartoon ad about a product. the song tells the whole story in a few seconds people actually rewatch them (when did that last happen with an ad?) There’s one thing everyone’s missing with AI drama ads. And it’s why I’ve watched so many flop over the last few weeks. They jump straight into the product. The benefits. What makes it different. That’s a bottom of funnel ad with nice visuals. They're missing the most important thing: STORYTELLING. Look at this ad from PetLab. The first line isn’t about joints. It’s a kid asking “Why do his back legs slip like that, dad?” Every owner of an older dog feels that one. Then the dad lists everything he’s already tried. Good food. Shorter walks. Pet store chews. “Nothing’s moved.” The product doesn’t show up until the neighbour’s 13-year-old dog is “moving like he’s five.” By then you’re not watching an ad. You’re rooting for Cooper. Open a loop. Make it about someone they love. Let a character say the doubt out loud. Then pay it off. That’s how a drama ad scales cold. Stop opening with the product. Open with the dog.

This is how to write a hook that is scientifically impossible to skip. It’s called the Triple Hook Method. If you do this right, it hijacks the viewer’s attention and practically forces them to keep watching.

you need to be hookmaxxing if youre running ai ads for your brand I call this the visual metaphor method oftentimes your product’s unique mechanism is invisible so brands end up telling people what the product does differently instead of demonstrating it your customers have heard these promises before the power of leveraging ai ads is turning invisible benefits into something they can actually see how do you do this? first ask >what is your mechanism actually doing differently? > then translate that into a familiar feeling , expression, object, material or process that behaves that way > visualize that with a literal physical action that can be clearly understood in seconds your mechanism -> something familiar your customer understands -> literal physical action that is the structure of a visual metaphor and because its built around your mechanism + your customer, you can use it to create custom viral hooks >then you show how that literal action activates the transformation visual metaphor -> activation -> visible changes + benefits and you build the entire ad around that structure instead of explaining why your product is the "secret sauce" they need, show them im giving away the framework i built to automate this for your specific product and create custom visual metaphors around your unique mechanism let me know if you want it

David Beckham’s media buyers are actually F*UCKING INSANE this is one of the greatest product ads I’ve seen from a supplement brand the format it follows is pretty simple but will absolutely PRINT if you pull it off -> The hook resonates perfectly with its target audience, describing the buyer’s struggles and catching their attention in the first second -> Follows up with the IRL benefits of the supplement, not describing it, but showing how it will change the buyer’s life -> Subtly drops scientific facts to back up the claims -> Clean CTA with a reason to buy now Anyone can learn how to make cute animations, turning them into profitable ads is the only skill here and this ad just gave a full on masterclass
