@Pat_Stedman I'm writing a book on weight loss and obesity causes anxiety via chronic inflammation and sickness behavior. Many other things can trigger inflammation. It is a physical problem and your love and touch help. Think of it not in self-help, but we-help terms.

@joshstrength No matter your age, look for a mentor. We-help is better than self-help at breaking you out of the rut.

@afshineemrani We and many others are doing this. The spa thing is because the biggest roadblock is gov approval which will be difficult and take forever.

@caloriesproper2 Thanks, love this. We do this 'we-help not self-help' thing and have the kids we mentor do 'leg days' with their friends. Whether it is gym, hiking, or sports. High blood sugar is currently causing HAIR LOSS in kids. Muscle is a sugar sink.

@cremieuxrecueil We're running some trials of 'WeHelp' as SEL interventions. Really boosts DESSA scores and test scores. The test score improvement I believe comes from NOT doing certain harmful interventions. Any school that tries our work is also stopping some other prior program

In 2023 almost 25% of American adults ate every meal alone on a given day, up from 17% in 2003; among under-30s the share has nearly doubled

@StefanMolyneux Every single successful person failed over and over again. But our take away from their eventual success shouldn't be self-help. It should be we-help. We hear about people that have had a significant positive effect on those around them.

@ScottAdamsSays @joelpollak Scott, when I first met you at the park, you and snickers walked on either side of a tree and got stuck. I will never forget snickers' reaction and your face. Thanks for the chats

@naomichesters @Nooter22 Thanks. I'm new to the area so wasn't sure if this was common or not. I found this video on the recent quakes: youtube.com/watch?v=IfM7Mk…

@kevinnbass Diabetes greatly increases CVD risk absent obesity. What is the mechanism for the CVD risk of ApoB and lp(a) vs diabetes. The question is on my mind as diabetes is not diagnosed properly and CVD risk occurs well before a diagnosis based on a1c.

@FischerKing64 It is the pet food. It is poison and you can't avoid it. I'm working on changing that.

@smolson6_olson @ValerieAnne1970 @TheChiefNerd Unfortunately today we have to ban peanuts in school cafeterias due to the number of afflicted kids.
