@united When utilizing the outside bag drop at PBI (official bag drop) can you please clarify if that is united employee or porter dressed in a united uniform? Employee stated “ princess, when we are outside, we accept tips” and proceeded to wait for a tip before accepting bag.

@AmericanAir It was no problem, it was the lack of communication from ground staff. Think some training is in order. They also boarded group 1 and then said because the flight was delayed they just were boarding all groups. Chaos ensues and again no direction from ground staff. #Training

@AmericanAir Can you please provide an update on AA53 tonight from TLV? No updates from station and board says delayed. AA App says “on time”.

@AmericanAir Frustrating lack of communication. App says departing at 11:35. Look at photo and the current time circled in yellow, 11:38pm. No communication from station staff.

@AmericanAir Some misunderstanding between TLV and AA. Flight isn’t even boarding yet and its 11:11pm local time. Can you please get an answer!

@AmericanAir Great crew! Landed safely in TLV and about to hit the ground running. Flight attendants serving premium Economy were very nice and helpful. Please pass along to management! Thanks again.

@flyPBI I saw that post from a few hours ago. Wondering if you have an update on long term/economy options. Do you anticipate a problem tomorrow am and having no spaces anywhere or you have enough spaces somewhere!! Thanks!

@Keurig You offered to help with a problem I am having with a relatively new brewer. I sent a DM and never heard back from anyone. Please assist?

@Keurig I was promised a call back for a warranty issue and of course nobody calls. I experienced a warranty issue about 5 years ago and you stood behind your products. Now it's like nobody cares over there. #Frustrated
