I am home from York. This cherry blossom was my parting view at the train station. I had a great time. I interviewed a few people for the show. Recorded loads of audio for at least 3 episodes. Took photos, researched sites and had some great food. I’m absolutely shattered now!
Being sat inside offices & being able to hear seagulls is a strange one to get my head around because a) I’m inside a building b) I cannot see or smell the sea& c) I am deaf!! Makes my life as a #DeafBlind girl at work that bit more exciting! Thanks to @ReSoundGlobal @ReSoundUK

@CJEFFARES I just use the Windows key and plus or minus to both turn magnifier on, and zoom in and out. Windows key and escape to exit. I do this dozens of times every day, and it works great.
While I really like my iPhone, I much prefer Windows over Mac for Accessibility. Microsoft is improving Magnifier, narrator, and other low vision features every major update. Not to mention all the third-party options available. These days I regularly use Magnifier and NVDA.
I think it still surprises folks when I still recommend Windows over the Mac, particularly for screen magnification first, and screen reading second. Zoomtext out does Zoom, and JAWS/NVDA/JAWS outdoes Voiceover. Pity not more 3rd party solutions for the Mac.

@WhiteCaneGamer I'm glad I got Uni out of the way when I was much younger, there's no way I'd be up for it now! I've mainly always had multiple jobs on the go at the same time, I think it stems from when I was a single mum, one job paid for childcare to be able to go to work, other was wages.
