@ghosh2012 @AudioBlaupunkt @SoundphoneID @BlaupunktAudio @Blaupunkt Saurav. There is no written word. I got in touch with someone through someone at BP, however, it still remains a joke. Am going to open the box and test whatever is in there. BP be damned
@AudioBlaupunkt @SoundphoneID @BlaupunktAudio @Blaupunkt Not expected from such a premium company; that they send street vendors to install costly and technical items and do not have experts/technicians on their pay rolls. Will a true professional be sent tomorrow to install?
3 people were sent. First had no knowledge no tools. He'd come in to unbox and put the items near the tv. Same for 2nd and 3rd. 4th seem to be a cctv installer and has been missing since yesterday. It is quite Shameful for Blaupunkt where I still await INSTALLATION.
@Incognito_River Ask your heart....and follow it.

Purchased SBW Klassic 1 on 15th. Installation request made on 18th October. Random people are being sent for 'installation' and 'demo' who have no knowledge about product, placement, features or anything. @AudioBlaupunkt @BlaupunktAudio @Blaupunkt

@priyamityuj I finally redid the tickets, with a sad face which made my pockets more lighter. Unfortunately, VFS was of no help in this matter. What I heard from embassy - if you do not hear from us, please be sure that no resolution has been offered". What an explanation it was.
Resolution to ticket number 1ea1328d-8d7d-4401-8df3-99304c688c06 is being sought since 9th Oct, with no response. Travel date is 30th. will have to spend 1.50 Lakh INR extra if not resolved within 24 hrs. May I draw your attention for immediate resolution @GermanyinIndia
@GermanAmbIndia @GermanyinIndia After umpteen emails and calls this is the last ditch attempt to have your attention.

@AmazonHelp 🙏🙏 Wasn't asking for a guarantee or commitment; only an assurance that maybe some effort will be made
@AmazonHelp @amazonIN Thank you. The request was only if you could make an effort and get it delivered tomorrow instead of day after tomorrow.
umpteen times, but due to technical reasons it failed. The final attempt, delivery was showing as tomorrow, but after I succeeded,
have a very urgent request, team Amazon and only you can make it amazing for me during these festivities. I have been trying to place an order, @amazonIN

@zomatocare So two days have gone by, have you not been able to.ivestigate yet? I wonder what is there to investigate when the issue is in black & white @deepigoyal
