WebMD says too much cholesterol causes heart disease. Then explain this... 136,905 hospital admissions for coronary artery disease. Lipids checked within 24 hours. Almost half had LDL under 100. 17.6% had LDL under 70. Only 21.1% were on a cholesterol drug before they came in. Now the numbers WebMD skipped. More than half had HDL under 40. Fewer than 10% had HDL of 60 or higher. Average triglycerides: 161. Low HDL with high triglycerides is the fingerprint of hyperinsulinemia. Sugar and high carbs cause it. The authors' answer? Push LDL even lower. I'd fix the insulin first... Read the actual study. Link below...

In 2014, Canadian and American salaries were roughly on par. Today, American salaries are 30-50% higher. Hard working Canadians are struggling to make ends meet and many families spend more on taxes than on housing, food, and bills combined. 'Broken Country' is a new documentary that explores what went wrong in Canada, what can be done, and what other countries can learn from it. Watch it here: brokencountry.com

Hola, soy palestino. 1947. La ONU me ofreció un estado. Junto a Israel. Fronteras, independencia, reconocimiento. Me dio autonomía. ¿Democracia? No he tenido elecciones en casi 20 años.

🚨BREAKING: The Alberta Transition Council has released its fully costed financial assessment for an independent Alberta. After paying for every service Ottawa currently provides, it projects Alberta would still have $22.2B to $32.1B left over every year. That works out to $4,390 to $6,350 per Albertan, every year.

It really, really pains me to say this but the Conservative Party of BC is WORSE than Eby. They're worse. They're amending their party Constitution DURING AN ELECTION to permanently install their hand-picked candidate after a political leadership coup. OneBC.

BREAKING - Trump blasts Canadian immigration policy says our problems will soon be too big to handle. He's right.....and he didn't even touch on the HOUSING shortage or teen unemployment aspect of it.

Donald Trump did not attack Canada. He's the guy who bough a new house on the street. We were the bad neighbour using his WiFi for free, parking on his driveway and never mowing our side of the fence. He's the new owner of the house next door that didn't put up with our shit, so he changed the password, had us park our car elsewhere and made us paint the fence. Our free ride came to an end, but rather that man-up, we acted like babies. Donald Trump is a wake up call for the world.

Western governments and charitable organizations spend upwards of 20 billion dollars per year on building and maintaining infrastructure for Africa. And below is why after hundreds of years of trying to make it a nice place, African infrastructure is still broken.

Why the State Needs Weak Men and Radicalized Women Orwell warned us that “It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers-out of unorthodoxy.” Once the state has radicalized women into a mass movement that can be turned on dissidents, weak men follow. Males adapt to whatever the mating market rewards, and once the moral consensus of women has been captured, low-status men adopt the sanctioned positions.

🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: The judge AND the killer are BOTH from Six Nations. 🤯 And he sentenced him to HOUSE ARREST. After he killed a 12 yr old girl. He even cited Canada’s “colonial past.” JAW. IS. ON. THE. FLOOR. I’m speechless.

🇨🇦 Canada’s support for Ukraine now runs into the tens of billions of dollars. And Prime Minister Mark Carney continues to announce more. But here’s the question Canadians deserve to hear answered: How does Ottawa measure what this country can afford? For a family struggling

We’ve never seen anything like this before. A man was conscripted into jury duty by the government. He performed his civic duty and followed his conscience, refusing to acquit a woman who confessed to systematically executing her three children. The defense attorney immediately launched a public smear campaign against the juror. Soon several other jurors joined the campaign. Then the media. Even the defense attorney’s wife has joined. Now they’re doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house. All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed. It’s truly one of the most outrageously evil things we’ve ever seen from the Left, and that’s saying something. A direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. They are burning down every boundary and standard in their path. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath. Unfathomable.

LIBERAL SUPPORTERS ARE NOT GOING TO WANT THIS VIDEO STAYING ONLINE. 🚨🇨🇦 Because once people see it, the talking points collapse. No carefully packaged narrative. MSM has abandoned Canadians. The truth is out and it’s ugly.

LMAO! Rep. Brandon Gill just mocked Democrats' "land acknowledgments" on stage at the RNC, and turned it RIGHT back around on them 🤣 "Now, I think it's only appropriate that we kick this convention off properly with a land acknowledgement. I'd like to acknowledge that we stand here today in the state of Texas and the United States of America, the ancestral homeland of great American PATRIOTS, pioneers and explorers who put down roots, fought for freedom all over the globe, and bled and died to build the greatest civilization EVER KNOWN to man." "My friends, we live in the finest country in the history of the world, and we're NO LONGER going to apologize for that." "There's another political movement in our country right now that doesn't believe that America is, or ever was great. They sometimes call themselves socialists, some even call themselves communists, but most of them simply go by Democrats." 🔥
