This cash buyer's homepage has 14 H1's. Your H1 should be the headline that tells Google what the page is about. There should really only be 1 H1 per page and the rest should be H2s. The easy fix is one H1 with the primary keyword + location. Everything else like how it works, reviews, case studies, and secondary keywords become H2s.

Looking back over the last couple of months of work makes me realize the days I spent trying to maximize compute were some of my lowest productivity days. They feel productive in the moment, but when you have to go back and change things because you didn’t put enough thought into it initially, it becomes counter productive quickly. I think this applies more to creative work than other types of work.
Given a decent amount of your followers are in the business of manipulating search, that does surprise me but I believe you! Unfortunately this domain is unavailable 🤣 but I like the idea of testing out instructing the LLM to put a confidence % they answered your intended question AND did it correctly. Bonus points for identifying nuance and whwre it could be wrong.
