The Bush Administration was the last time the leaders of the dark forces possessed many powerful political figures at once before being locked away beneath Antarctica by Galactic Federation. James Fox was told that a film was recorded at Holloman Air Force Base in 1972 showing extraterrestrials stepping out of a disc-shaped craft to greet military personnel. This description most-closely matches a description received through Judith's telepathic contact about the Galactic Federation members called Shamaline.
