@ChronopostSAV My package was supposed to be delivered to Germany, but somehow you sent it to a Packet shop in France? Not sure how I'm supposed to get my package....

👋🏼 Hey @JustinTrudeau: Since you’re already in #Toronto hobnobbing with celebrities, it’d be great if you walked down King St to see the encampment/tents at Clarence Square Park; or the impact of the drug consumption site in Queen West. Both are consequences of national failure. Toronto’s shelter system is overloaded with over half of occupants being asylum seekers. While the drug site only exists because of a federal exemption that your govt granted, as it would otherwise be illegal under the Criminal Code of Canada. Enough talk, Toronto needs action.

In our community, it’s easier to reach the Premier for 15,000,000 people than the NDP councillor of 130K. A constituent texted @fordnation and he called back 20 mins later, whereas you take time off work to go to City Hall & @ausmalik won’t even listen to what you have to say.

Tara Riley's story comes at a crucial time as Ontario's Ministry of Health re-evaluates its harm reduction programs in the wake of a tragic and preventable death. Hopefully, this former employee at the South Riverdale Community Health Centre is heard. nationalpost.com/feature/harm-r…

@ausmalik Sounds like how you do business too! Behind closed doors and without following any process for building respite sites across the city @ausmalik sorry, but your post is a bit ironic and hypocritical

@ausmalik Good process Ausma? Do you mean a process like sneaking in a low barrier respite shelter across the street from an elementary school without any discussion with your Constituents? No transparency and extremely unsafe for our children and neighbourhood.

@ausmalik Kinda like how the you & city havent had a "democratic and transparent" process of forcing a shelter in a residential street directly next to an elementary school in your district... why don't you worry more about not wrecking neighborhoods than what is going on in Ontario Place.

When it comes to #safety, Toronto is in dire need of a dose of #commonsense. You don’t make our city safer by sacrificing the safety of one vulnerable group – children – for another. My op-ed on why #CityofTO must reconsider its #629AdelaideStW plans: torontosun.com/opinion/column…

@KevinVuongMP Thank you for caring about our communities and thinking about the safety of our children!

For the love of God, can we please stop locating respite shelters and injection sites beside schools? King West parents are rightly concerned about the city's plan to sandwich St. Mary Catholic Elementary School (middle) between a shelter (left) and injection site (right).

@MyseumOfToronto @ausmalik @nuitblancheTO Hi Ausma, please reconsider putting the respite site at 629 Adelaide right beside an elementary school. You will definitely transform Toronto in a bad and dangerous way 💉 #homeless #drugs #violence

Please reconsider putting the respite site at 629 Adelaide right beside an elementary school. If you care about children in the community, you will reconsider. 💉 #homeless #drugs #violence
