@zomatocare @zomato second time in the week facing the same delivery delay issue with zomato. Its already 49 min after placing order and you want me to wait 13min more. Am i ordered fresh food and something cooked in morning.

Hey @zomato @zomatocare I had ordered food and from past 30 mins its showing that the food is being prepared , i called the restaurant and they said the food is ready and no delivery partner is assigned. #Zomatodown #Zomato

#harasment #cheating #beware you will be punished for ordering in Zomato. Ordered food at 8pm and for 5km distance ordered not reached by 1hr also and the best part you can't cancel and we will be paying penalty. @zomatocare @zomato are you in sense?

They waited for 1hours and then cancelled the order if you don't have the delivery executive then don't accept the order what kind of service is this and you are also not refunding the money very poor service. @zomatocare @zomato
