@JackPosobiec The prison population should match the racial makeup of the USA 🇺🇸 EXACTLY.. If 7% of the US 🇺🇸 population is Asian - 7% of the prison pop should be Asian. These %’s should be maintained AT ALL TIMES regardless of whether the people in each category committed a crime or not.
