Life's greatest returns aren't measured on a balance sheet.

The freedom of emotion and the freedom to not be bothered, is 90% your systems and 10% people.

Everyone wants to focus on the result at the end of the journey but you gotta fall in love with the process and put in the reps.

We think we keep all of the things that happen to us in our minds. But really our mind is just the receptacle, taking in the inputs- and our body is the silo, storing what we don't process. Our body remembers... consciously take the time to cleanse the wounds the body is holding.

Don't compete against yourself- your own ego and your own truth that you're unwilling to tell yourself.

What happens if we leaned in, instead of leaned out? And we gave our energy to the thing we want, instead of the thing we don’t want.

Consistency is the 9th wonder of the world, right after compounding at 8th.

Don't should on yourself. Should is the biggest source of shame and the quickest way to put yourself in a state of lack.

To those that need to hear this today: You are enough.

Attitude is such an underrated intelligence. It's the agency you have over your emotion and the story that you tell yourself.

Simplicity creates clarity. I have found that most of the things in life that matter are so simple that they are profound.

Winning= clarity of vision, structure, process, and language L̴o̴s̴i̴n̴g̴=̴ ̴a̴c̴c̴e̴p̴t̴a̴n̴c̴e̴ ̴o̴f̴ ̴d̴e̴f̴e̴a̴t̴ Learning= realizing that losing is just another opportunity for winning the next go around You are either WINNING or you are LEARNING!
