You can see someone in a blink of an eye but it takes a whole year to know someone. You never really know if you hired the right person, people can fake all sorts of stuff, and say all sorts of things. Only action & integrity will be the tell tale sign. Hire fast, fire fast.

Here’s what sucks: Having a scarcity mindset. Nothing is worse, instead Work on the parts of yourself from the past that keep you from operating from a place of “More than enough and good enough” Can’t be at the top of Maslows hierarchy if you’re stuck in scarcity.

Monthly recurring revenue is… Hands down Without a doubt The best pricing model. Period. The End. I’ll take all day 20-30 clients paying $2,500 a month for 18-21 months. Hands off. Then 1 paying 100k with in-person deliverables. Freedom my friends. Freedom.

$7 $27 $97 $997 $7,500 $25,000 $50,000 $100,000 The #1 thing i learned selling at each of these price points is - “people who pay more, pay attention.” And MRR is king. I’ll never sell one offs even if 8 people buy like the 100k package again. Unless it leads to MRR.
