80% of my liver is scar tissue and my numbers worsened at a rapid pace between September 2020 and February 2021. Although I'm compensated, slowing the progression is critical. #cirrhosis #Liverdisease #takecareofyourself #healthylifestyle

I thought cirrhosis was an alcohol related disease. I had no idea that cirrhosis is often caused by poor lifestyle choices, like poor eating habits and/or medications that are harsh on your liver. #cirrhosis #Liverdisease #takecareofyourself
