Have a specific morning routine everyday. Sebab kalau kita bangun dalam keadaan huru hara, apa you rasa akan jadi for the rsst of the day ? So , plan your morning, try to stick with it. Do it for 1 week first. Then diagnose and improve.

why is it hard to start something ? Mostly sebab the uncertainty factor. maksudnya, kita take berapa nak pasti apa nak buat, macam mana nak buat, the result yang kita akan dapat. all of that uncertainty will create anxiety that will lead to procrastination.
