Accountability is essential for success. If leadership can't question employee productivity & receive a thorough response, then the organization lacks leadership. In such a case, the employees, rather than the leaders, are in control, & efficiency is likely compromised @elonmusk

San Diego Airport may have the worst rental car process in the US. Ridiculous amount of time for shuttle to and from Rental Car Center. Better allow yourself 30 to 40 minutes each way. Do better. #sandiegoairport
