Such a privilege to facilitate another @_INCOURAGE_ weekend away. This one was special. These men showed up for themselves and for those around them. It didn't need to be a complex, overthought or a baptism of fire. Just real, relevant and relational. #wellbeing #retreat #men

It was a real privilege to speak to over 130 boys from @KingsSchoolGlos and @TowerDeanClose on Friday. I was able to share the power of #connection, #community and #courage for #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek alongside @_INCOURAGE_. Excited to see how the seed grows!

Almost 90% of the children in prison have been excluded from school. Excluding them didn't work. It didn't shock them onto a different path. It accelerated the one they were already on. We have to find another way. #semh #exclusion #Headteacher #inclusion
