Last week we had a whole division of heroes led by Rachel Stokes, @RicohUK's CFO, and her 36 team members at @nptonhopecentre. Our volunteers painted rooms and organised donations from the public. Amazing work! #esg #social #corporatevolunteering

This week, four absolute heroes from @RicohUK facilitated an Interview Workshop for @PrincesTrust. Delegates were given up-to-date advice on the styles of interviews and how to undertake them. They then were put through assessed interviews.

Amazing graduation for the @PrincesTrust Team Programme-15 young people that completed the 12-week course and are now WORK-READY. Thank you to the @RicohUK volunteers for hosting CV/Interview Workshops. Many have gained employment prior to graduating, your input has been vital.

Our amazing Facilities team from @RicohUK braved the cold last week and volunteered at The Tea Boat Project to help clear the area for their boat to moor up and provide the local community with a reading and educational hub.

Today a team from @RicohUK Managed Services delivered a Climate Challenge workshop to @WestminsterBD3 to support @CityWestminster Enterprise Week. Students came up with ideas such as a carbon footprint driving app and cargo bike to reduce emissions in the area.

* Today is National Mentoring Day * Over the last 5 years, I have had the privilege of being both a mentor to 5 amazing women and a mentee to Michael Baddeley within Ricoh UK. I would recommend it to anyone be it as a mentor or mentee, you will always gain something from it.

A big thank you to Ricardo Silva, @RicohUK's National Account Director whom shaved his head in order to raise vital fund for the @PrincesTrust. He could have waited 2 weeks for the barbers to open but this was more fun and for a great cause - what a legend!
