@heyestrid hi, please can you dm me? I ordered my box to arrive earlier but it’s still not here and now it’s later than it would’ve been if I hadn’t asked for it earlier which is a little frustrating…

@santanderukhelp Hi there, one for the morning but I’ve just received a refund to a credit card with no outstanding balance so it’s gone into minus. How do I move this refund into my current account please? 😊

The flights you have booked us onto do not suit our transfer arrangements so we will not be able to go with such short notice

@santanderukhelp Please can you advise? One direct debit has come out regularly for nearly 2 years and the other for the last 6 months.

@O2 I’m off to the USA and Canada for two weeks! What’s the cheapest way I can use my phone abroad please? Internet is particularly important! I have the O2 Travel bolt on but I don’t think this will work outside of Europe ☹️ thanks!

@santanderukhelp @santanderukhelp hello, I’ve just used @Tesco Kennington superstore atm which was not correctly labelled as not working, so Santander has deducted £10 I never received. I would like an immediate refund please! Please advise ASAP - Tesco has told me to contact my bank.

@O2 @blackberrychris Glad it’s not just me Christopher! To jump on the back of this, can you confirm whether the numbers have been reduced please? They’re never available by 5pm. Thanks!

@pizzahut how do I claim £10 off my next order? I’m currently waiting for my delivery from Surrey Quays and they’re not answering the phone 😠 I appreciate Friday must be busy but it’s been well over the time slot now
