If you want to be the same as everyone else, do what the majority are doing. • Keep posting the same motivational content. • Don't add practical value. • pump out hundreds of useless tweets. Accept it might take longer but provide actual value to your audience.

Gratitude isn't only the process of giving thanks, but a lot of internal benefits are seen from receiving thanks also . Don't actively look for thanks but when you receive it in a genuine manner you'll reap the rewards.

Be efficient with your time💡 Long morning routines boasted by YouTubers aren't required, work out what makes you feel good and do that. Try things and lean in to what works for you. You don't need to be wasting your time to improve your health and wellness.
