Around 30 Welsh FY1s won't have their jobs finalised until 19th July. They currently have no rota, no named supervisor and no guaranteed location. How could this have been allowed to happen? The @UKFPO placeholder implementation risks losing doctors before they start training.

Coming to terms with everything. Worried that by getting my 12th option, my ranking must be really low. If the order remains the same when allocating jobs, I’ll now be given the less popular jobs. Feels if you were unlucky to start with it, it just gets worse #MedTwitter #UKFPO
