The key to #entrepreneurship is grit + something to prove.
Hiring Managers — Just because someone doesn’t look like you, it doesn’t mean they’re not qualified. If you don’t understand #diversity’s benefits and how it improves your company… then *you’re* not qualified. It’s our ethical duty to fight bias in hiring.
You should notice who is cheering for you when you’re winning.. and who is not.
Fitting in is easy. Just be mediocre. Just keep the status quo going. It takes courage to be different. It takes courage to be successful and improve things. It takes courage to use your uniqueness to change the world.
